HR Data Analyst (Fairsail) HR Systems

Data Analyst to work for our international customer who are on a dynamic transformation across the business. As part of the transformation they are looking to bring on a Data Analyst who has experience of working on HR Systems to be part of their teams based in London.

The nature of the role for the Data Analyst will be to collate the data on the employees and input the information gathered into the management systems. This role will cover all areas such as Data Management, Policies and importantly looking around the HR analytics and reporting side of things. Ensuring data is secure and handled efficiently. Reviewing and analysing data from various sources to create a data set to be used for mapping purposes.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of working as a data analyst within HR, so strong HR Analytics experience is important.
  • Proven ability to complete data gathering and consolidation using advanced excel skills, experience with HR Systems such as Fairsail or Sage People.
  • Experience of compiling and maintaining volume data set ensuring accuracy
  • Experience in salesforce and SQL.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours to accommodate working within a global team in multiple time zones
