I am currently seeking a Hosted Support Engineer to join an innovative-rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisation based in the Letchworth area.
Due to significant growth the organisation is seeking to bring on a strong-self-starter with a fantastic attitude who will join the tightly-knit infrastructure support team. You will be undertaking the support of a number of the companies hosted products & infrastructure. Based in a 2nd line environment you will be responsible for picking up queries that the first line team are unable to resolve, picking up from there and liaising directly with the customer.
- Be proficient in the use of at least one of the following: Windows Server/Linux/Citrix/Oracle
- Worked in a support environment
- Familiar with a datacentre environment will be an advantage
- Great attitude towards learning & development
- Customer service skills
