Role: Graduate Service Delivery Analyst

Salary : £18,000 - £22,000

Location: Wilmslow

Currently looking for a Graduate Service Delivery Analyst from and IT Graduate background with customer service experience, you will work closely with our customers in order to provide an excellent user journey and support across a range of products alongside the business team.

The customer will always be your primary focus, working to ensure a great customer experience; you will quickly become a well trusted resource to our customers who will rely upon your expertise for support and guidance.

You will be focused and driven; delivering a high standard of professional support to our customers as you work with the business and development team to gain an exceptional knowledge of our products.

My client is a FinTech company based in Wilmslow, Greater Manchester looking for a Service Delivery Analyst t join a Agile software development environment, they are recognised internationally as a competent and trusted business specialising in the financial services.

Service Delivery Analyst: Key Skills and Background

  • The ability to interact and collaborate professionally with a diverse group of customers with a varying range of support requirements.

  • Outstanding communication skills and a warm, tactful demeanour.

  • An understanding of the Finance industry with experience working previously in this sector would be advantageous.

  • An understanding of Software; a practical knowledge and passion for new technologies will be an asset in this role.

  • You will be well versed in customer services; which will enable you to assist the business team to deliver accurate and efficient resolutions in a courteous manner.

  • You will participate in an Agile environment; working in an efficient manor with the ability to manage your own time effectively.

  • Must be of a curious nature and be proactive about becoming a subject matter expert in our product set.

  • Experience utilising industry standard software in order to efficiently complete tasks and communicate with our customers; Microsoft Office, JIRA service desk or alternative service desk management software.
