Digital Solutions Analyst
(One stage Interview in London)
We are looking for a candidate who is confident as a Data Analyst, but also happy with business case building, writing business cases, as well as experience with 'To Be process mapping.' All of these skills are absolutely essential.
* Enables and supports continuous improvement projects delivering innovative digital customer experience, increasing customer value and eliminating waste and non-value adding activities to the business
* Identifies major project issues, findings and opportunities.
* Interacts with Customers, staff, consultants, contractors to co-ordinate problem resolution and plan project tasks /issues.
* Enables the definition of new business process and use of new technology solutions to support business case development
* Develops business requirements and documentation, applying quality standards to all tasks.
* Accurately monitors, records, prioritises and addresses project risks and issues.
* Ability to develop decision criteria that are used to solve business issues and evaluate solutions.
Great experience includes:
* Digital Customer Experience solutions experience
* Online digital solutions
* Project Management
* Experience of delivering digital solutions with a strong knowledge of web based solutions, and evidence of channel shift

Council experience would be ideal but not essential.
