The role:

As a customer success analyst you will work closely with technology/software development teams as well as the wider customer focussed teams and clients in order to provide cloud based software solutions and drive overall customer satisfaction of digital based products. The role is office based and will provide you with the opportunity to make a signifcant contribution to the success models used by the business, dependent on both business and client needs.

The person:

You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working with end clients as well as the internal business. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of IT software solutions within finance and/or accounting and are able to discuss in detail a previous customer success model that has put in place to improve customer experience as well as the delivery of the product itself. You must be inquisitive, and have a genuine passion for customer experience. You will also be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a wider team in order to throw ideas around and get stuck into different areas of a project where necessary.

Required skills:

- Excellent communication/presentation skills

- Proficient in MS applications

- Have experience working on or creating a customer success model for software products that has been applied successfully

- Have a good understanding for digital software products within finance/accounting

- You must be up to date and relevant with market knowledge and trends within the fintech industry

Desired:

- A relevant bachelors degree in business, IT, finance

- Have previously worked as part of a delivery team for similar products
