We are looking for a customer service Executive to work for one of the most successful and globally recognised business's in Belfast. As a customer service executive, you will be providing support and advice to an array of Welsh speaking clients from their Hub in central Belfast.

The successful customer service executive will be answering inbound calls and providing quality customer service to client queries. You will be required to log queries and track complaints and issues on the system whilst having to be familiar with Microsoft office suite.

To be considered for the customer service executive role you will need;

  • Fluent in written and spoken Welsh
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Extensive experience in customer service or call centre experience.
  • Excellent accuracy to detail including a high level of written and verbal communication

This position requires the following

  • Relocation to Belfast
  • Fully flexible to work rotational shift patterns weekly 8am-8pm and some Saturdays 8am-1pm
