I am currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisation based near the Camberwell area.

Joining as a Customer Service Agent you will pick up client issues from inception, performing the appropriate break-fixes in order to resolve the issue on the first call, if this isn't possible you will follow the issue through to resolution whilst escalating up the appropriate channels where necessary.

In order to be considered you will ideally have customer service experience in a phone-based position.

The position is paying a salary of up to £20,000 dependent on experience.
