Customer Experience Insight Lead
5-6-month contract
Remote + Travel
£340 p/d - £425 p/d


I am currently looking for a Customer Experience Insight Lead to join a client of mine. This is a remote based role with travel, however, the travel can be expensed.


As a Customer Experience Insight lead, you will have three core functions;
1. Customer Experience Insight
2. Support the Customer Experience Practise
3. Development of the CX offering to clients
You will be required to work with operational teams and SME's when it comes to understanding multichannel customer journeys. Alongside this, you will be participating in customer journey workshops and forums when it comes to capturing requirements from the audience.


Key Skills;
· 2-5 years' experience within Customer Experience
· Working with CX teams to develop rich stories around customer and business insight
· Use outputs from data tools to develop audience and category insight
· Able to translate complex ideas into easily-understood scenarios for stakeholders
· Able to multi-task and support multiple areas and support multiple areas of responsibility
· Able to work independently, and meet client/project objectives

Technical:
· Experience utilising BI & MI tools
· Excellent understanding of Rstudio programming
· Good programming skills for SQL and Visual Basic
· Good understanding of data platforms (Rstudio, Azure, AWS)
· Knowledgeable about different data storage structures
· Experience sourcing and using 3rd party data
· Excellent Excel skills
· Expert spreadsheet model developer
