Customer Service Team Leader needed to join an expanding international consultancy based in the Belfast area.

Joining at an exciting time for the business where they are massively expanding their contact centre function, you'll be required to grow the team from scratch. Initially you'll be managing a small team and be expected to grow this out to 15-18 people. You'll be responsible for hiring the team, and leading on a day to day basis, holding 1 to 1s, setting & monitoring KPIs, general people management duties. This is a phone/email/chat based position, however most of the work of the agents will be on the phone.

In order to be considered you will have at least 12 months experience as a team leader in a contact centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you'll be able to come into a business and leave your mark from day one, building out a team and having your ideas listened to. The position is paying £21,000.
