Client support within finance software

Responsibilities-

  • Ensuring a positive client/customer experience is maintained
  • Handle incoming requests at all levels and communicate this to the relevant people
  • Document all activity from clients and follow up with ongoing requests
  • Capture client information and problem-solving process such as decisions made, actions involved and final resolution
  • Co-ordinate with development teams to ensure communication is flowing and the correct solutions are solved
  • Keep up to date with the product and market trends within the industry in order to give good insight and support
  • Element of sales and business development with new and existing clients
  • Mentor and train where needed

Requirements-

  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Competent in all MS applications
  • Experience and understanding of finance software services (Sage, IRIS, XERO)- Please do not apply if you do not have this
  • Any sales experience is an advantage
