Change Governance Lead

An internationally renowned, multi-award-winning Consultancy company, based in Leeds, now have an immediate requirement to add a skilled and ambitious Change Governance Lead to their team on a permanent basis. You will be working exclusively with one of the UK's largest and most prestigious companies to ensure strict governance is maintained across a range of digital transformation and business process change requests for the business.

You as the successful Change Governance Lead can expect to achieve an annual salary of up to £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience + a generous benefits package. There will also be significant opportunities for progression that comes with working for a company of this size and stature as well as ongoing training and development from day one.

Key Change Governance Lead responsibilities will include;

  • Manage the company Change governance framework.
  • Ensure client, operational and supplier changes are progressed through the change process, providing advice and coaching where needed.
  • Manage key stakeholder engagement, working at all levels within the business, its suppliers and end client
  • Manage the communication and status of changes through key reporting and updates to senior management.
  • Manage the prioritization process at the portfolio level.
  • Track the changes through the change approval lifecycle, including working with business readiness teams and tracking benefits realization

Your experience will include;

  • Ideally around 5 years+ in similar Change Management roles with a heavy focus on governance
  • A strong ability to understand and enforce governance processes in line with company standards
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities is essential
  • Ability to have a flexible approach to working- this is an environment which can change quickly so this flexibility is required
  • An understanding of LEAN principles would be highly advantageous
  • Any Project Management experience or qualifications such as Prince2 is highly desired
  • Must be confident and have excellent organisational skills
