Experience Business Support Administrator required for a 6 months contract by our leading client in Aldershot to provide both administrative and some project support to seniors team members within a busy IT Business environment. You will be an integral part of this team function carrying out day to day administrative duties.

This will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings / travel
  • Manage meeting requests
  • General and varied administration tasks.
  • Dealing with Purchase Orders
  • Some project support activities
    Experience required
  • Confident, enthusiastic, driven and well presented.
  • Excellent communication skills and have a passion for customer service.
  • Able to communicate both verbally and written English.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Computer literate with experience in outlook, word, excel
  • Previous project support experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
