Business Programme Manager required.

Please note - this role is less about the IT side, and more about increasing business adoption of IT. We are looking for someone who has experience of assisting organisations increasing the uptake of Office 365 products - beyond just email.

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire launch, execution and rollout of a new programme to drive and increase the adoption of Office 365 applications across all Divisions and Businesses within the group. The group is made up of many businesses and has over 75k staff.

The vision for this programme is to: Educate, inspire and Empower Smarter Working by Enabling Smart Working, Educate people and build confidence to use the tools available in Office 365
Working closely with Microsoft and representatives from across the Businesses the Programme Manager's key objectives are to establish and manage a robust programme of work that will deliver the benefits and outcomes required.
To enable this, the programme manager will identify, define and track the benefits and outcomes required and is also responsible for putting in place a framework that will ensure that those continue to be realised long after the completion of the programme

The ideal candidate will have similar experience to the above and will have managed a similar Office 365 adoption programme.
