I'm working with one the UK's leading digital health companies in the UK who are now recruiting for a Digital Sales Managers to support with there continuing growth.
Primary focus will be on managing existing clients, developing new business, both through new customer acquisition and selling of new products/solutions into existing clients. You will be required to collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and execute strategies and tactics. Through a consultative sales process you must be able to communicate our value proposition that is solution based and differentiates us to competitors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual target market & market share growth for the territory.
- Manage existing clients ensuring return on revenue is achieved in line with the company's target.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities that have the value and quality to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Work with internal stake holders to develop and execute strategies and tactics.
- Monitor competitors' performance and respond promptly to threats and risks.
- Representing the company at exhibitions, user events and demonstrations.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs, market opportunities and product roadmaps.
- Engage with Operations to ensure project design and customer expectations are communicated and issues clarified.
- To be cognisant of the customers' agendas seeking ways of working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for the patients, the NHS & Healthcare Communications.
- Track, review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Solution Selling
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent sales skills, particularly face-to-face but also over the telephone
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
