My central Leeds based client, a leading UK Solutions Provider, are looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to join their growing team. As a Change Coordinator / Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Change Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining change management processes. This includes, but is not limited to supporting the Customer, Operational teams and Transformation program through the Change process and maintenance of controlled documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in change control and also impact assessment. This is a business focused role rather than technical and you will work closely with the Change Manager.

The Change Analyst / Co-ordinator has responsibility for:

  • Supporting the Change Manager in managing the change request process from inception through to the implementation of the change.
  • Managing the change management process to ensure that all changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner
  • Supporting the Change owners during the business impact assessment process.
  • Providing a service to the business streams to support and facilitate high level business impact assessment and change impact assessment workshops
  • Educating business teams on business impact identification and the change control process
  • Managing change request timelines and ensure accurate and timely delivery as per the contract.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders; leverage insight to develop great products and identify cross-organizational synergies and dependencies
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to identify, prioritize and achieve improvements in profitability, compliance, productivity & data quality


  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports on the status of change requests and actions
  • Developing good procedures and training documentation to support the change process
  • Develop procedures and oversee good practice to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the change logs
  • Manage administration of the change advisory board with minimum direction


  • Supporting the Change Manager where required, including representing them or the department in meetings, workshops and other similar events as required
  • Ensure any data changes are validated, documented and implemented through the appropriate control and approval processes
