Business Analyst /Service Management / ServiceNow
You will be part of a core team predominately working on a Major Service Improvement programme. Previous experience of Service Management and or ServiceNow would be highly desirable for this position.
Key Skills:

  • Proven background in Business Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to understand and interpret business information and gather requirements.
  • You must be able to plan and lead the business analysis within specific projects whilst ensuring that the analysis deliverables are of a consistently high standard
  • Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging, modelling etc.)
  • Experience of scoping analysis activities with a proven track record of deadlines within budget


Highly Desirable:

  • Previous experience working on Service management / Improvement projects.
  • ServiceNow.
  • Previous Airline / Airport / Aviation
