Senior Business Analyst required by our leading client in Staines.
3 months / BPR / Agile / UML / ISEB / Service / Technologies / Projects / Change
To work in partnership with the clients UK Executive team and their stakeholders to lead the activity to translate business ideas into business outcomes that will enable the client to achieve its strategy to become the UKs most loved health and Care Company. The Senior Business Analyst will provide support to UK Change Managers in understanding the business, its operations and practices together with the environment, market forces, regulations and trends in the Healthcare industry to establish cost effective solutions that will enable the business to achieve its ambition and objectives.

Accountabilities and Activities:
*The Individuals will be able to 'unpack' a business idea and transform the thoughts in to a business delivery with demonstrable and tangible business benefits
*To lead and drive to analyse, explore and translate business plans and ideas into fully formed outcomes
*Work with and help drive the project team(s) in defining business requirements and creating and managing optimised and efficient delivery plans.
*Identify and realise opportunities to reduce cost and increase service
*Actively seek out opportunities to extend, reuse or further exploit the solution/capability delivered across the UK
*Demonstrate understanding of the business context of all change initiatives - why we are doing them and what they mean for our customers
*Understand and be prepared to explain the link to the customer, take ownership for the delivery of the specified outcomes, act as advocate for the customer's interests and ensure that these are a primary consideration in arriving at decisions
*Be aware of compliance requirements e.g. corporate risk register as well as IT, business and strategic alignment with a UK-wide perspective - be robust in challenging and raising issues
*Ensure that all change initiatives are operated in a way which is true to the clients values
*Ensure full understanding of strategy, the Target Operating Model and the goals of the TTOUK programme
*Establish and manage effective and trusted relationships with key Business and partner stakeholders.
*Demonstrate excellent influencing skills and natural gravitas to drive change across the organisation.
*Use consultancy skills and approach to influence change ideas, project scope, direction and
*Translate business goals into specific objectives, and specific objectives into detailed needs.
*Elicit information from a variety of sources; to translate the information into meaningful understandings that are directly applicable to the project; and to articulate and/or document the information in such a way that those who need it will be able to understand it easily and accurately.

Qualifications, Training and Experience
*The individual will have had broad exposure to a wide range of technologies, with a considerable track record and experience of BPR, lean, systems thinking, six sigma and agile methodologies
*The individual will possess the gravitas to influence at all levels of the organisation
*The individual will ideally be ISEB certified in Business Analysis, or possess a certification in UML or equivalent
*The individual must have a deep subject matter expertise - either working with particular technologies or in specific, relevant business areas - preferably in the Health of Financial Services industry and/or service industry experience
*The individual must have an understanding of IT architecture, integration and design, and an encompassing understanding of IT operations
*The individual must be able to demonstrate that they can 'horizon scan' and seek out new and emerging technologies
*The individual will have been educated to degree level or equivalent and will be a strong analytical thinker, capable of sound decision-making, and able to understand wider business issues without losing sight of the detail
*The individual will have deep experience of working as lead analyst on large & complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technologies
*The individual will have a track record of leading other analysts on projects requiring 2 or more analysts
*The individual will have a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and issue resolution
*The individual will seize the opportunity to demonstrate a willingness to adapt their style and approach to different situations
*The individual will have an ability to demonstrate innovative, lateral and creative thinking and have the broad knowledge and commercial aptitude to contribute ideas on all aspects of the organisation
*The individual will be an excellent team player and have well developed leadership skills
*The individual will demonstrate an ability to build business relationships quickly from both a professional and credible platform
*The individual will have highly effective interpersonal skills with a clear, concise and relevant communication style, including excellent presentational skills
*The individual will exhibit considerable drive enthusiasm and a 'can do' attitude
*The individual will be commercially focused with an intuitive ability to delivery business outcomes and benefits from highly effective business solutions
*The individual will be a dynamic creative thinker and innovator used to dealing with high intensity activity in a fast paced transformation environment
