Business Analysts - Up to £45,000pa plus benefits - Based in Sheffield

I am currently looking to appoint new Business Analysts for one of the largest and most successful businesses within the Capita Group, based in Sheffield.

Due to continued growth and service demand from expanding business, we are looking to develop the permanent BA team to ensure the retention of knowledge across client accounts and the ever-growing Employee Benefits business.

As a Business Analyst in this area, you will need to demonstrate that you are a stong, driven, "all-rounder" BA with experience of end-to-end process.

In this role, you will need to come in and immediately provide assistance to the existing BA team, hitting the ground running. We're looking to find candidates that embody the term 'self-starter', someone who proactive in developing their knowledge of the business, ingratiating themselves in the team, building relationships quickly and instilling trust in collaborating teams and stakeholders.

You must have experience across IT, Implementation, Testing and Training; creating documentation, working towards shared goals and co-ordinating directly with these interfacing project teams.

We are primarily looking for, as aforementioned, strong BAs that will be goal-orientated and determined to assist in the progression of the business.

There is a very clear and defined progression structure within the teams at Capita Employee Benefits. Along with excellent business exposure, training and development, it is standard practice to promote internally as the first port of call for all vacancies.

If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply with your CV. If you have any questions, please contact Stephen on 07523502513.

Capita IT Resourcing is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
