Business Analyst (Agile, CRM) Software
Business Analyst with experience of working in an agile environment on CRM software projects to work for our leading FTSE100 Business. Due to growth and a number of exciting projects in their software consultancy practise, they are looking to bring on a Business analyst to join their team based in Bury St. Edmunds.
The nature of the role for Business Analyst is to liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate customer requirements. You will gather and manage requirements and undertake detailed business and systems process analysis to fully understand the customer's requirements. Document solutions in the form of impact analysis, story cards, technical functional specifications or other documentation as required. Facilitate collaboration across the project team to ensure the impact of any solution is fully considered and addressed. Participate in project planning, team meetings, reviews, release planning, demonstrations and other meetings as required.
The ideal Business analyst with have proven experience of working in an agile environment on CRM Projects. You will have experience of writing user stories, managing an agile backlog and strong knowledge of agile and software development methodologies. You will have experience of wireframes and storyboard. You will have excellent communication skills dealing with senior stakeholders. You will be able to run requirement gathering workshops and user acceptance criteria.
