Billings Specialist / Administrator (Salesforce)

Experienced Billings specialist required by our leading service client in Aldershot to assist with triggering client billings for one of their global clients.

Previous experience using Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.

Please note this role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months paying a pro-rata salary.

Role and activities following signature and execution of contract.

  • Contract record must be created in Salesforce. (There are several steps/processes involved with this set-up)
  • Product code(s) must be added to the contract record
  • NCC must be added to contract record
  • Contract record and opportunity must be reviewed and synched to ensure TCV is calculated properly
  • Contract record is submitted to the signed and executed stage
  • Billing milestone to be created in Salesforce based on contract requirements
  • Project code and invoice description to be entered onto billing milestone
  • Amounts that exceed $50k require an offline and online Salesforce approval process (There are additional steps involved with this process)
  • Milestone is submitted to "Invoicing" stage in Salesforce
  • A spreadsheet must be created in order to collect all milestones and then submit to the Smartbill team to confirm invoicing was processed correctly.
  • Needs to work with the Sales/bid/commercial team.
  • Needs to liaise with Business Finance partner.
