Capita IT Resourcing are currently recruiting for 2 Bid Coordinators to work for a leading Healthcare Software company based in Chertsey. As the Bid Coordinator you'll be an important member of the team, where you'll own and support multiple bids through the process, producing and delivering documented bid responses, commercial proposals and presentation collateral.


  • Work with the Bid Manager, other colleagues and suppliers as required
  • Manage bids throughout the bid & sales lifecycle, ensuring that documents are of a consistently high standard and are compelling, compliant and meet all legal, commercial and technical requirements
  • Helping colleagues on bid governance, bid qualification and best practice
  • Supporting sales and technical teams through proposals, pitches, presentations and any preparation
  • Developing compelling win themes, in conjunction with the sales and technical teams
  • Writing client-focused RFP/ITT responses and compliant SQ/PQQ submissions
  • Scheduling meetings, reviews etc. ensuring the necessary resources are available when required
  • Creation and formation of bid documents and collateral, including the production of bid responses and presentation documentation
  • Conducting bid debriefs on both won and lost opportunities
  • Producing and updating the bid FAQ library


  • Experience in or similar role
  • Developed information for Bid Knowledge Library's
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Project management skills
  • Bid Submissions as well as SQ/PQQ's
