We are looking for an Application support analyst to work for a part an Employee Benefits business in Bristol.

The Application support Analyst will be in charge of taking the service desk calls from the IT infrastructure and Business applications teams and reporting to the Service desk manager. You must be hand son technical for this position and be able to reslolve IT queries.

As the Application support analyst, you will be required to do the following;

  • Deliver IT support services to customers.
  • Take diagnostics and provide solutions to queries where possible.
  • Must have experience hands on with Microsoft applications
  • Act as the escalation point for IT issues.

The Successful Application support analyst will need the following experience.

  • Ability to use MSOffice (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Understanding of Virus threats
  • Understand VPN Set ups
  • Good customer service skills and experience dealing with IT related queries.
  • Experience working on VMware, Windows 2008 Terminal Server, Citrix XenApp and relational databases.
