Agile Project Manager (Software Delivery)
Project Manager with strong software delivery experience working in an agile environment to work for a leading FTSE100 Business. Due to growth and an increase in projects, they are looking to bring on an Agile Project Manager, with strong software delivery experience to help deliver a number of software projects and products, joining a team based in Reading.
The nature of the role will be for the Delivery Manager / Project Manager to manage a number of agile projects to deliver the clients products via a team. You will be working through release planning, balancing work against resources delivering on time and to budget.
Deliver project releases using appropriate agile methodology, learning & iterating frequently whilst ensuring the support of key stakeholders. Overseeing the Release through to Production deployment of the software projects.
The ideal Delivery Manager / Software Delivery Project Manager will have proven Project Management delivery focussed experience working in an agile environment, delivering software projects. Provide constructive challenge to requested changes / release content. Identify the main issues in complex problems; clarify understanding or stakeholder expectations, to seek best option. Confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment to goals.
