An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Leading Services client in central London on a contract basis initially 3-6 months with the likelihood to extend.

Role will involve:

  • Dealing with clients enquiries:
    Taking messages and passing on relevant information
    Handling emails
    Greeting Clients
    Answering the phones
  • Manging diaries, travel expenses, arranging conference calls and general administrative duties.

    Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience working as an Administrator or PA within a busy environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages (especially Word and Excel)
  • Accuracy, with keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative on given tasks
  • Excellent communication skills.
