Experience Administrator required by our Leading client In Aldershot, to provide support activities to their Service Management team.

· Collating producing monthly reports, Incident management, Problem management, Change management and SLA compliance reporting
· Perform data integrity checks in line with reporting
· Assist with the management of service improvement plans / tasks
· Undertake general administrative duties as required to assist Service managers and their customers.

· Attention to detail
· Ability to work on own initiative on given tasks
· Able to meet deadlines
· Ability to coordinate with colleagues
· Strong team player
· Excellent MS Office, Excel and Word along with general IT knowledge

Ideally experience working in a customer service environment
