I am currently seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a FTSE 100 organisation in the London area.

Due to expansion & growth we are seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an existing team of engineers who currently provide support to an external company via email & telephone. You will be working in a team providing support to a wide range of technologies, including Windows OS, VoIP telephony, Networking, Hardware & providing application support. Full training will be provided in any grey areas that you may have.

You may be required to participate in an out of hours support rota once you are up to scratch & trained on all products. If you are required to you will be paid extra.

In order to be considered for the position you will need to have IT Support or Service Desk experience along with experience of working within an environment supporting various different technologies. Experience of application or hardware support would be a bonus, along with knowledge of ITIL.
