Capita IT Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Software Support Analyst to join our FTSE250 client on a permanent basis. Candidates will be responsible for resolving customer issues with the software itself NOT the environment it runs in.

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience working within a customer support role OR within the education industry
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to problem solve and analyse customer issues
  • Good communication skills and delivery of high customer service standards
  • Strong team member able to work independently when required
  • Punctual, flexible and adaptable

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of Online Service products including apps
  • Confident user of mobile devices
