24/7 Service Desk Analyst required to join an expanding telecoms company in the High Wycombe area.

Joining as a Service Desk Analyst you'll be responsible for picking up problem issues and following to resolution, ensuring customers are kept update throughout the process and escalating where necessary.

This is a good opportunity where you'll be able to come into a team, learn the ropes and progress within the company at your own pace. They are looking for people who want to contribute and not just 'turn up'.

In order to be considered you'll have some IT experience, whether that's on a service desk/helpdesk/in the field. If you have experience working in a shift environment where 24/7 shifts were a requirement that'd be a bonus, but it's not required.
