1st Line Support / HelpDesk Support / Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support to join a leading organisation located in Barnet. This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for logging queries on the in house system and assisting with general IT problems.

Key Skills:

  • Proven 1st line/help desk support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Have a good basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networks.
  • Previous experience working within the public sector would be advantageous but not essential

Please note this contract is outside of IR35.
