1st Line Support Analyst - up to £25k - Winnersh

Capita IT Resourcing is currently recruiting for another 2 1st Line Support Analysts to join a leading Managed Service Provider client based in Winnersh, near Reading. Operating at a 1st line level you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in. As such the role requires high levels of customer service and professionalism.

Main responsibilities for the 1st Line Support Analyst role:

- Log incidents, requests and field enquiries
- Triage of incidents including accurately capturing all relevant information and furnishing regular updates
- Troubleshooting incidents
- Perform diagnosis checks as required
- Remotely performing regular maintenance and administration tasks
- Produce and maintain accurate documentatio

Key skills an experience for the 1st Line Support Analyst role:

- Previous Service Desk experience (ideally within a MSP environment)
- ITIL (understands key principles)
- Windows 7 and above (troubleshooting)
- Exchange administration
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, VLAN)
- Basic virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Office 365 knowledge/understanding is desirable
