1st Line Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Support Analyst has arisen within the technical team of a highly reputable and growing Software Development company in Cheshire - offering excellent scope for training and career development!

The company specialise in providing outstanding software solutions for the Financial Services industry and have a highly impressive client-base. As part of an ongoing phase of strategic growth, they are seeking a passionate and customer-focused 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team to assist in the support and maintenance of their software and systems.

Joining the company's Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation's customers when they call to seek resolution and/or assistance with their systems. You will be responsible for educating the customer(s), troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving of issues and/or escalating to the 2nd Line team. You will have a keen eye for detail and will ideally have experience of working with Jira software or equivalent. You will be passionate about technical support and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

This 1st Line Support role will be based in the company's Cheshire offices and comes with a salary of up to £25,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to develop your career in IT support further.
