1st Line Helpdesk Support Role - Nottingham Based

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with an IT Helpdesk or Phone Based Customer Service background to join our impressive head office in Nottingham.

The role itself will revolve around delivering great customer service standards by answering all queries promptly, in an approachable and courteous manner and remaining professional at all times. You will proactively manage customers' expectations through either resolution or by updating them on progress of their outstanding incidents/requests. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Measures (SMs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

Key Skills include:

  • Commercial Experience within an similar Role
  • Knowledge of working in an ITIL environment would be highly desirable
  • The ability to quickly pick up new technical concepts
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in order to deal with both phone and e-mail based queries
