.NET/C# Developer - Wiltshire

I am currently working with and on behalf of one of the world's leading technology companies, that is on the market looking for an experienced Software Developer to work in a multi-project agile environment and be responsible for the creation/development, support and maintenance for a range of enterprise scale mission critical software applications using .Net technology and associated programming languages supporting all global markets.

Key skills required:

  • Ability to produce quality software solutions using any or all of the following programming languages: Typescript, VBA, C#, JavaScript J-Query, HTML5, CSS3, PowerShell.
  • High numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to produce quality technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem solving, fault diagnosis and resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of the .net framework and associated programming languages.
  • Knowledge & experience in SQL Server 2008 and later versions.
  • Knowledge of collaboration SW configuration and governance (SharePoint/Project Server)
  • Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design for web service.
  • Understanding of data serialisation formats (i.e. JSON, XML and CSV).
  • Experience of continuous delivery through agile design, development and test.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional or similar.


Desirable skills: Familiar with Atlassian tools including Confluence / Jira / Stash / Bitbucket. AWS Cloud solutions, ASP, programme and project management methods including DSDM / Agile. Confluence / Jira /Test Management Toolsets, Project lifecycle experience in multiple disciplines: Requirements, Design, Test.
