If you're looking to find out more about our Novus IT graduate programme and how it is helping solve the UK's IT skills gap then this is the event for you!
Capita's industry-accredited Novus programme
invites you to a networking event and we are pleased to announce that independent guest speaker, Belinda Johnson from Worklab
will be speaking and giving an overview of the composition of the current UK workforce (more details below).
Belinda is founder and owner of employment research consultancy, Worklab*.
Capita, Churchgate House, 56 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6EU
Wednesday 25th November 2015, 5:45pm - 8pm
The session will cover:
- A presentation by our guest speaker Belinda Johnson, giving an overview of the composition of the current UK workforce, along with hiring trends in the industry
- Discussions with our expert trainer, Karen Howard, about our training streams
- A chance to meet our current Novus Graduates in training
- Refreshments and networking with like-minded professionals
In our experience, the North of the UK is experiencing an 'IT brain drain' with junior talent choosing to take their skills to the South, causing problems for many organisations in the Midlands and Northern England.
To help overcome this regional skills gap, Capita has opened new training facilities in Manchester, to help train and develop STEM and IT graduates on our Novus programme to become leading IT professionals.
RSVP by Friday 20th November
to secure your space at the event (stating any dietary requirements).
We look forward to seeing you!
