About me
Hi my name is Al and I’m the Permanent Business Manager at Capita IT Resourcing. Before working in the recruitment industry (14 years ago!) I started off in IT support, then moved into recruitment. What I enjoy most about my job is solving recruitment problems, creating partnerships and dealing with people.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two young daughters who are five and two. I am also a competitive power lifter and have competed at the British national championships.
An interesting fact about myself is that I used to play ultimate Frisbee for GB and was European champion! I then quit to lift weights.
