Our team and approach
Our managed accounts team consists of seven specialist recruitment consultants, with combined industry experience of more than 45 years. Our niche approach allows our consultants to focus on specific technology skillsets – including business analysis, project and programme management and IT support – right through to board level. They are able to spot emerging trends and be fully aware of up-to-date skills requirements. The team manages the recruitment needs of key accounts covering a range of industries including healthcare, finance and government.
The team itself is a centralised function within Capita IT Resourcing and is focused on delivering high-volume, lower-margin IT recruitment needs, primarily to our key accounts in UK and European markets.
To us, candidates are just as important as clients. We ensure we have access to a pool of outstanding talent and make sure we take care of every candidate so we can engage and retain skilled staff.
