I am currently seeking a Service Desk Manager to join one of the most innovative, rapidly expanding digital agencies within the UK. Joining the service desk based in Edinburgh, you will be given the responsibility of managing the day-to-day running of the service desk and its team members.

Joining the service desk at a managerial position, you will be given total authority over the daily running of the service desk which focuses predominantly on application support. You will liaise closely with the senior management in the organisation to establish processes of the service desk.

Key skills:

  • Extensive experience in a senior service desk position
  • Experience line managing service desk employees
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, paired with knowledge of software application development
  • Client interfacing knowledge & experience
  • JIRA Service Desk knowledge
  • Atlassian knowledge
