Service Desk Engineer Summary
Service Desk Engineer who has the ability to support 10,000+ users (Helpdesk IT Support Analyst Microsoft Active Directory Windows 7) required in London to work for the NHS. You MUST have the following experience:
- Service desk/helpdesk experience
- Supported 10,000 plus users
- Good communication skills
- NHS experience
- Active Directory user administration- new user setup, password resets etc.
