Due to expansion and growth I am currently seeking a field-based Cyber Security Consultant to join a one of the largest-rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisations in the UK. Joining the IT security team you will provide business driven advice on the management of security and information risk, ensuring it is consistent with the organisations cyber security policy.
If successful you will provide a focal point for the resolution of security and information risk matters. Identifying, analysing and evaluating said risks to educate stakeholders on the potential business impacts that these risks could cause. Being mobile based you will be expected to travel in between client sites.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background who has moved into the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain.
- In-depth understanding of Cyber Security
- Information Risk understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with contacts at all levels
- Strong presentation skills
- Able to deliver information & advice with confidence, influencing others to take an action when there is no direct command
- Ability to travel in between client sites
