Italian & English-speaking Windows Server Support Experts required to join a large-international, industry leading data storage company in the Reading area.
Joining a brand-new office, we are looking for a candidate who speaks both Italian & English to join the support division, you will be supporting the latest cutting edge technology in the data storage sector (latest Windows Server, VMWare). Dealing with customer queries within a quick turnaround, whilst also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The position would initially start off servicing english-speaking clients, working from 09:00-17:00. Once you are confident supporting the organisations products you will move to servicing customers in the Italy region - working from 07:00-15:00.
- Fluent in Italian & English **must be able to troubleshoot using Italian technical phrases
- Experience with Windows Server
- Exchange skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge/exposure to Linux
- VMWare experience would be highly beneficial
