Our Career Development Frameworks for both IT Resourcing and the Novus programme give you a clear structure to achieve your goals as you develop your skills, with the ability to earn a promotion on a six monthly basis – transparently driven by your performance. Long term development programme
But it’s not just about having a transparent pathway: Capita is focused on helping you develop your skills. We have long-term development programmes for people at every stage of their career:
- The Recruitment Academy for people new to the profession
- Our Advanced Recruiter Programme for experienced consultants
- Our Leadership Academy for current and future leaders
Each of these is a long-term programme (10-12 months) combining a blend of classroom-based workshops, e-learning, integrated coaching plans and real-life projects where you implement the new skills you’re developing. Alongside this we run a mentoring programme, giving you one-on-one support from a senior peer (alongside the support you get from your line manager).
